Paths Component determines the subsequent actions based on specific criteria. Essentially, it acts as a branching point in the Call Flow: the System evaluates the given conditions and based on the outcome, directs the call to different paths.
Paths Component gives the ability to make decisions based on Filters (Note: see the behavior as in the ‘Filter in Campaign’).
By effectively utilizing the Paths Component, businesses can create more complex and intelligent Call Flows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
