It also allows them to control the ability to accept a call depending on call center capacity. This tool empowers you to manage payouts effectively, leading to higher-quality traffic, as payments for high-quality traffic are inherently more beneficial for both parties. Based on call data, the buyer can decide whether they want to purchase the call and at what price, or if the call isn't needed at all.

The setup process will be simple and intuitive, ensuring quick and easy data synchronization.

Paths Component determines the subsequent actions based on specific criteria. A webhook is a URL you can provide to third-party services, allowing them to send call data, such as when a call is converted, based on the call identifier. Incoming Webhooks

The "Ping" feature is a powerful tool that allows you to request bids from your buyers before routing a call to one of them. The Buyer offering the highest bid for the incoming call will receive it. This can be likened to an auction where each buyer can make only one bid per call, and the highest bid wins.This functionality will interact with the real-time bidding (RTB) systems of your buyers to obtain bids in real-time.

This feature enables users to design custom call flows, optimizing call routing for enhanced efficiency and connectivity. This routing feature is designed to optimize revenue from your destinations. Dialics will prioritize connecting calls to destinations with the highest price per call, ensuring maximum profitability. Weights and priorities will no longer affect the routing decisions.

We will give users the ability to filter incoming calls based on the parameters we collect. For instance, we can allow calls only from specific countries or area codes. Parameter filters are an effective way to manage incoming calls. By using these filters, users can set specific conditions to permit or block calls from reaching their campaigns. For example, you can configure a campaign to accept calls from a specific country based on caller profile data, such as distinguishing between the USA and Canada, which share the same country code.
