Vendor Permission Enhancements

Vendors have limited access to Dialics' tools, making it hard to manage and optimize Traffic effectively. To fix this, a new permission called ‘Manage Traffic’ will be added to the Vendor's PERMISSIONS section, allowing them to better control and optimize Traffic.

Google Integration

Hey there! I'd love to have a Dialics integration with Google. What I mean is to be able to receive data from the call tracker to my Google account and use it to analyze traffic and optimize campaigns.

Ping Destination

The "Ping" feature is a powerful tool that allows you to request bids from your buyers before routing a call to one of them. The Buyer offering the highest bid for the incoming call will receive it. This can be likened to an auction where each buyer can make only one bid per call, and the highest bid wins. This functionality will interact with the real-time bidding (RTB) systems of your buyers to obtain bids in real-time.

Filter in Destinations

To enhance call filtering and management within Destinations, a ‘FILTER’ option needs to be introduced. This functionality will enable routing calls according to specific filtering criteria. The feature includes settings for defining filters and routing calls to various Destinations based on preconfigured rules.

White label

The White Label functionality in Dialics allows businesses to rebrand our call-tracking solution as their own. This feature allows customization of the user interface, including logos, colors, and domain names, to align with your brand identity. By using the White Label option, you can offer a seamless and personalized experience to your clients without revealing Dialics as the underlying provider. This capability helps you strengthen your brand presence and maintain consistent brand messaging while leveraging the robust call-tracking features of Dialics.

Incoming Webhooks

Webhooks functionality in Dialics empowers you to create endpoints within the system. A webhook is a URL you can provide to third-party services, allowing them to send call data, such as when a call is converted, based on the call identifier. This capability streamlines data integration processes, enhancing real-time interaction and automation between Dialics and external services.

Real Time Bidding (RTB)

RTB technology enables buyers to set the appropriate price for a specific phone call in real-time based on its parameters. It also allows them to control the ability to accept a call depending on call center capacity. This tool empowers you to manage payouts effectively, leading to higher-quality traffic, as payments for high-quality traffic are inherently more beneficial for both parties. Based on call data, the buyer can decide whether they want to purchase the call and at what price, or if the call isn't needed at all.

Call Flow Builder

We are introducing the Call Flow Builder, an integrated tool within the Dialics app, designed to empower users with greater control over managing incoming calls. This feature enables users to design custom call flows, optimizing call routing for enhanced efficiency and connectivity. The builder is intuitive, utilizing drag-and-drop functionality to create personalized call management systems effortlessly.

Routing by Revenue

This routing feature is designed to optimize revenue from your destinations. Dialics will prioritize connecting calls to destinations with the highest price per call, ensuring maximum profitability. Weights and priorities will no longer affect the routing decisions.

Parameter Filter in Campaign

We will give users the ability to filter incoming calls based on the parameters we collect. For instance, we can allow calls only from specific countries or area codes. Parameter filters are an effective way to manage incoming calls. By using these filters, users can set specific conditions to permit or block calls from reaching their campaigns. For example, you can configure a campaign to accept calls from a specific country based on caller profile data, such as distinguishing between the USA and Canada, which share the same country code.
