We’ve added a new event — "Call Not Connected".
This event helps you track missed connection attempts and respond quickly.
You can now, for example:
Send instant alerts to a Telegram bot
Post notifications to a Slack channel
Log missed calls in your CRM or internal dashboard
Trigger workflows in Zapier, Make, or other tools
To start using it, go to Outgoing Webhook settings and select "Call Not Connected" from the list of available events.
