For the functionality "Send Duplicates to Different," we have added a mode for using this option. Now you can more flexibly choose how you want to use it.

Strict Mode controls the distribution of duplicate calls. When this mode is activated, the system directs incoming duplicate calls only to destinations that have not previously received them. If no such destinations are available, the system rejects the calls. When this mode is deactivated, duplicate calls are directed to new destinations but not to previous connected one.
