We’ve added a new Caller Identity component to the Call Flow builder.
It adds extra caller details in real time, allowing you to use this data across various parts of the system.
When used, the component sends a request based on the caller’s number and returns useful details such as:

• First name

• Last name

• Gender

• Email

• Phone number

• Phone type

• Carrier

• City

• State

• Zip code

• Address

This data can be used in:

• Ping/Post

• Destination Filters

• Outgoing Webhooks

• Path Component

• Geo-Routing Component
