We’ve expanded the data available from Number Pools! Now, in addition to existing browser, device, and referrer data, you can access detailed geolocation insights based on the caller’s IP address.

What’s New?
With this update, our system now collects and stores the following IP-based location parameters:
- IP Address
- Continent & Continent Code
- Country & Country Code
- Region & Region Code
- City
- Zip Code (standardized for all locations)

Where You Can Use This Data:
Ping Destinations – Send enriched location details in requests for better routing.
Campaign Filters – Filter leads based on geographical data for precise targeting.
Call Flow – Use location-based conditions for advanced call routing.
WebHooks – Pass IP-based data in outgoing requests.

Interface Updates:

Reporting Page: A new Session Data tab in Call Summary to analyze geolocation insights.
Call Log: Location parameters are now displayed under Session Data (formerly Agent Information).
