There has been a modification to the Dialics call log recently. We have added the functionality to add tags to calls. Users can now tag their calls as ‘Sales’, ‘Missed’, ‘VIP’, etc.

Call tagging allows for a convenient search of the required data. The tags can be customized in terms of colors for better visual perception. Tags can be created, updated, and deleted.
