Call Flow

The Dialics team is proud to introduce its new functionality: Call Flow.

Call flows allow users to create paths for inbound calls quickly. With the drag-and-drop functionality, you select the necessary component and place it anywhere you need in the workspace. This way, you can build the entire call process, from choosing the destination and setting the business hours to specifying the routing options if necessary and creating the required connections.
